What qualifies for free delivery?
Any purchase of $699 or more delivered within our local delivery area. That includes mattresses, sets and power bases.
Do you really take the old mattress?
Yes — mattress and box spring both, at no charge, as part of the delivery. You do not need to arrange a bulk pickup or pay a disposal fee.
What if my order is under $699?
Delivery is still available and we will quote it before you buy, typically $50 - $99. Accessories ship free on orders over $49, or you can pick up at any location.
What if my county is not listed?
Call us. We may still be able to work something out, and we would rather tell you what is possible up front than have you find out at checkout.
Will you take the old bed if it is stained or damaged?
That would be determined at the time of delivery. Our drivers are generally not permitted to handle contaminated, which is a health and safety matter for the crew.
Do I need a new foundation?
Not always, but our team will check. Inadequate support is one of the most common reasons a warranty claim gets denied, so it is worth knowing before delivery day rather than after.
