Common questions
What counts as an equally comparable mattress?
Manufacturers often sell the same mattress under different names at different retailers. Equally comparable means the same construction and specifications, even when the model name differs. Bring us the ad and we will work it out with you.
Why does it have to be a printed advertisement?
A printed ad in a generally circulated publication gives both of us a verifiable record with a date and a price. Online prices change hourly and usually exclude delivery, setup and haul-away, which we include.
Why are Amazon and eBay excluded?
They are not local retail competitors. They will not carry the mattress into your bedroom, set it up, take the old one away, or handle a warranty claim for you three years from now. We do all of that, and it is part of the price.
How much can I get back?
The refund cannot exceed the difference between the price you paid and our invoice cost. We will be straight with you about what a claim comes to before you file it.
How do I start a claim?
Bring the advertisement to any Sleep Center location, or call us at (888) 695-2337. There is no form and no portal — talk to a person and we will handle it.
