Accessories: parcel shipping
We ship accessories to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Accessory parcel shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or international destinations.
Standard accessory shipping is $7.95 on orders below $49. Accessory orders of $49 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Any product-specific shipping offer shown on the product page or at checkout also applies.
Allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Standard transit is estimated at 3–5 business days after shipment. Total delivery time includes both processing and transit.
You may also pick up accessories free at a Sleep Center location or add them free to an already scheduled mattress delivery.
Mattresses: local delivery, setup and haul-away
Free local delivery and setup are available with qualifying purchases of $699 or more within our local delivery area. Complimentary haul-away of eligible old mattresses and box springs is available with a qualifying delivery; guidelines and geographic limitations apply.
Our local delivery area includes Alachua, Marion, Lafayette, Suwannee, Columbia, Union, Bradford, Putnam, Gilchrist, Levy, Lake, Sumter, Citrus and Hernando counties in Florida. Contact us to confirm eligibility for your address.
Below $699, local delivery is quoted before purchase, typically $50–$99. Free store pickup is also available.
Delivery scheduling depends on product availability and the delivery route. We coordinate your appointment after your order; local delivery is not the same as parcel shipping. See our Delivery, Setup and Haul-Away page for service details and preparation guidelines.
Boxed mattresses and product-specific shipping
Selected boxed mattresses are eligible for free parcel shipping. Available destinations, shipping methods and charges depend on the product and delivery address and are shown at checkout. A boxed shipment does not include local setup or haul-away. Product availability and any product-specific lead time affect shipment scheduling; contact us for timing on your selected mattress.
