Casper: Original Pillow

Pillow-in-pillow design - A supportive inner pillow sits inside a softer outer one. Instead of choosing between firm support and a soft surface, you get both — structure underneath, cushioning on top. Casper designed it with neck pain in mind.

Down-alternative microfiber fill - Nearly a billion fine polyester fibers that shift as you move, so the pillow keeps working whether you're on your side, back, or stomach — and through the night as you change position.

100% cotton percale cover - Percale is a plain, tight weave with a crisp hand and real airflow, which is why it feels cooler than sateen or microfiber. Combined with the fiber fill, it mimics the airy softness of down without the price or the allergens.

Gusseted, 2-inch side panel - holds the pillow's 9" height at the edges rather than tapering toward the sides.

Standard — 18" × 26" · fits a standard or Queen pillowcase

King — 18" × 34" · requires a King pillowcase

Mid-loft, 9" uncompressed, with a 2" gusset.

Nine inches sounds tall, but fiber compresses substantially under weight — the sleeping height is considerably lower than the uncompressed measurement. That's what makes it work across all sleep positions rather than only for side sleepers.

Fully machine washable — both pillows.

This is the rare pillow you can wash entirely, not just the cover.

Unzip the outer pillow and remove the inner one. Zip the outer pillow back up, then put both in the machine. Wash cool with a mild detergent on the gentle cycle, and run the rinse cycle twice — fiber fill holds detergent, and leftover residue is what makes a washed pillow feel stiff.

Tumble dry low with dryer balls, or clean tennis balls. They break up clumping fill as it dries, and skipping this step is the usual reason a washed pillow comes out lumpy.
