In-Home Trial

DreamCloud’s 365-Night Home Trial begins on the delivery date for eligible mattresses purchased from DreamCloud or participating authorized retailers. Opened-mattress return requests may be made from night 30 through night 365. The mattress must be used on a proper base and remain sanitary and donation-ready. Eligibility, exclusions and other terms apply; contact The Sleep Center before initiating a return or exchange.

Delivery, Setup and Haul-Away

Enjoy free local delivery and professional setup with qualifying mattress purchases of $699 or more within our local delivery area. Our own Sleep Center employees will deliver and set up your new bedding—not a third-party delivery company, unless you are out of our normal delivery zone.

We can also provide complimentary haul-away of your old bedding with a qualifying delivery. Guidelines and geographic limitations apply.

Warranty Information

DreamCloud’s Forever Warranty™ covers the original purchaser against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship. For the first 10 years, DreamCloud will replace an eligible defective mattress with a new mattress of equal or greater value. In years 10+, DreamCloud may repair and re-cover or replace the mattress, subject to current terms, exclusions, transportation charges and approved support requirements. Proof of purchase is required.
