6" profile at the two corner peaks, dropping to a lower curve through the center. That difference in height between the corners and the middle is the whole design: 6" of lift under your cheek when you're on your side, less under your head when you're on your back.

Built for both side and back sleeping. Orientation matters more here than with a flat pillow — the raised corners sit under the cheek, the lower center under the back of your head.

Give it a few nights. Ergonomic pillows feel unusual at first because they hold your head in a specific position rather than letting it settle wherever. That's the point, but it takes adjusting to. Stomach sleepers are generally not the right fit for a contoured pillow.

As a general rule for foam pillows with removable covers: unzip and machine wash the cover per its label, and never wash the foam core — moisture breaks foam down permanently. The PCM grid is printed onto the fabric, so wash temperature and drying method matter more than usual here. Follow the label precisely.

Use a pillow protector under your pillowcase to keep the cover cleaner between washes — but choose a breathable one, since a waterproof protector sits between you and the cooling grid.
