Mattress Size Guide
Choosing the right mattress size starts with your available space, sleeping preferences and whether the bed will be shared.
Twin — 38" × 75"
Best for children, teenagers and compact rooms.
Twin XL — 38" × 80"
Provides five additional inches of length and is a popular choice for taller sleepers.
Full — 54" × 75"
Offers more width for one sleeper and works well in guest rooms.
Queen — 60" × 80"
The most popular size for couples and primary bedrooms.
King — 76" × 80"
Provides generous sleeping space for couples and families.
California King — 72" × 84"
Slightly narrower than a standard King but four inches longer, like the state of California.
Mattress dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly by manufacturer and model. Measure your room, bed frame, foundation and access points before purchasing.
