Solid TEMPUR-MATERIAL™ core

A single molded piece of TEMPUR-MATERIAL™, not shredded fill. It holds its shape all night — nothing to clump, shift, or reshape before bed. The loft is fixed, which is the point: consistent support in the same place every night.

Gusseted construction

A side panel runs around the perimeter rather than the cover being sewn top-to-bottom. That's what lets a tall pillow keep its height at the edges instead of collapsing toward the sides — the practical difference between a high-loft pillow that works and one that flattens where your head actually lands.

SMARTCLIMATE® cover

The top and gusset are 54% polyester and 46% polyethylene. The polyethylene does the cooling — it pulls heat away from your skin far faster than polyester alone, which is why it feels cool on contact rather than just breathable. The underside adds spandex to flex with the core. The whole cover unzips and machine washes.

Assembled in the USA from domestic and imported components.

Loft: 6.5 inches, fixed. This is the tallest of the TEMPUR-Adapt pillows, built for side sleepers and broader shoulders.

The pillow's job is to fill the gap between your head and the mattress. Side sleeping opens up the widest gap, and broader shoulders widen it further — that's who this height is for.

Wash the cover. Never wash the core.

Unzip and remove the SmartClimate® cover, machine wash and tumble dry per its care label. The TEMPUR-MATERIAL™ core must never be washed, soaked, or dried — moisture breaks the foam down and it does not recover.

Air the core occasionally, and use a pillow protector under your pillowcase to keep washing to a minimum.

Covered by TEMPUR-Pedic's limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal change in feel from use, and damage from washing the core or other improper care, are not covered.

Unopened-pillow returns

Unused, unopened pillows may be returned within 21 days of receipt, provided the original factory seal and packaging are intact. Opened or used pillows are not eligible for returns.

A return-shipping fee equal to 10% of the returned-item subtotal will be deducted from your refund. Sleep Center pays the actual carrier cost; you will not be charged any additional return shipping.
